RETROFITLAB 996.1/986 Halogen ==> Bi-Xenon retrofit kit

This is the kit to upgrade your 996.1 (or 986) halogen headlights to Bi-Xenon. Detailed specs below.

PLEASE NOTE that the installation of this kit requires you to remove the lenses from the headlight housings. It involves baking the headlights in an oven to soften up the Permaseal so you can pry them apart. After installation the lenses will have to be re-sealed with provided butyl rubber sealant.

Please check your headlight wiring. It is a known issue for the insulation to crack and fall off the internal harness, risking a short or worse. Below is a picture of a telltale sign of that issue showing the bulb socket for the blinker that you can easily check without even opening the lights. We offer a set of brand new replacements for an additional fee.
